Yoga is the union of mind, body and spirit. There are four paths to yoga. In Tamara's yoga classes, we practice the Raja Yoga path of physical postures, breath control and meditation. Raja Yoga features eight limbs of practice. A person can practice as little or as many of the paths and limbs of yoga as desired. Yoga is not a religion and does not interfere with traditional religious practices.
